However, there is a new class of relaxation recliners that are fully motorized and also come with therapeutic features. One of the best ones that I have seen is the Omega Serenity chair.</p>
<p>The Omega Serenity recliner is a swivel base chair. It has a solid wood back which is made of one piece. It comes in a beautiful reddish brown that is very striking.</p>
<p>This recliner also has a number of therapeutic features. There is an air massage system, vibration massage, full body heat and even an MP3 player. This gives you quite a variety of options to relax and soothe your body.</p>
<p>There is a remote control which is built into the armrests. Just open the cover and you&#8217;ll find a number of different buttons to operate the recliner. Just select the features that you like to activate and let your relaxation begin.</p>
<p>I like the fact that this recliner is powered. It comes with a motorized recline that operates both the chair back and the leg rest. Just push the recline button and set the chair back until you are most comfortable.</p>
<p>There are seven airbags which provide a soothing full body compression style massage. There are three automatic programs to choose from with the air compression massage. You can even change the air pressure intensity to three different levels.</p>
<p>I was quite surprised at the feeling of the vibration massage. There are three different pulsing and rhythmic programs. Most vibration massage that I have tried is set at one level and doesn&#8217;t change. The Serenity gives you a variety of pulsing and rhythmic sensations during the massage.</p>
<p>If you have ever tried chairs that have a vibration massage, then you have most probably been disappointed because the vibration is set at one steady rhythm. The programming contained in the Serenity recliner for vibration is quite invigorating. The eight vibration motors are programmed to give you a number of different pulsing sensations for deep relief.</p>
<p>Another nice feature of this recliner is the lumbar roller. There is a stationary kneading roller that provides relief for the lower back. You can adjust the intensity of the lumbar roller to three different settings. Omega also includes a lumbar pillow if you do not wish to use the lumbar roller.</p>
<p>I am also a big fan of heat therapy. Heat is commonly used in sports to reduce swelling and promote better blood circulation. This recliner comes with heaters located throughout the chair. This is a great way to just feel comfortable as you relax.</p>
<p>There is also an MP3 music player integrated into this recliner. A USB stick and headphones are also provided which can be connected directly into the remote control panel. You can operate the MP3 player from the remote control panel.</p>
<p>I have looked at other relaxation recliners and I just have not found one that is as beautifully crafted as the Serenity. The swivel base matches the back of the chair. The wood chair back and swivel base are very striking in this design.</p>

<p>It was not only Butler, but the rest of the cast who also all very much looked the part of Spartan warriors. They looked like trained fighters, who had trained their whole lives as warriors. They really did look like a Spartan soldier should, like the most efficient fighters of the land. How did this happen? That is the big question on everyone&#8217;s lips. Apparently when the trainers of the 300 workout are asked what the magic ingredient was they answer: hard work! It has been said that the cast trained like madmen for 4 months 5 days a week. With a solid foundation of hard work, let&#8217;s look at some other worthy facts in the 300 workout plan that got the actors in such ripped shape.</p>
<p>The motto adopted was appearance is a consequence of fitness. The 300 workout that was followed had a goal in mind. It had to make the actors look like shredded warriors who were athletic and lived off the land. Not like buffed bodybuilders. So a bulking up diet was not appropriate and was substituted for a calorie reduced diet that provided just enough energy for working out and recovering. The other crucial aspect of the 300 workout was recovery. Working out combined with rehearsal of fight scenes and training led to 10-12 hour work days. A key part of recovery was having a massage therapist on set everyday and a twice weekly visit from a kinesiologist.</p>
<p>The 300 workout also had other goals in mind. It was to serve as an experience of camaraderie and bond the actors closer together. The workouts were tough and constantly altered to continually stress the body and the group as a unit. It was common practice to have challenges, almost like feats of strength performed in front of each other. Sometimes there was failure. But this was all part of the plan. For when you have seen a fellow man work his heart out and fail, you have built a bond of honesty and trust. This bonding experience is exactly what was needed to portray a Spartan army in the movie. The army needed to look like a tightly knit unit that trusted each other and would die for each other.</p>
<p>There was also a great amount of transparency with the 300 workout. Workout numbers were logged on chalkboard for all to see. This built an atmosphere of competition but it also furthered a sort of bond of &#8216;we are all in this together&#8217;. Also it made things accountable and this principle of accountability was also part of the diet. Because workouts, fight training and eating all basically took place in the same room it was all done under the watch full eye of everyone else. So there could be no slip ups. The 300 workout plan sounds like a unique adventure that while I do not doubt was very hard and difficult, I think many of those who participated would look back on it in a positive light.</p>
<p>Incorrectly it has been said on the internet that the 300 workout challenge is the actual workout used to prepare the actors for the movie. It is not.
