    I used that before. …
    I used that before.. I used it when walking and jogging..you will sweat like crazy. You lose a lot of water weight. When I toke it off it was like fountain of water coming out of it. I was shocked and I couldn’t believe it. I lost like 20lbs in a month(with eating the proper foods and sleep). I need to start back doing it again. I got mines at wal-mart .
